Organization operates in 3 states and is hiring 2 new nurses due to their rapidly growing census.
Comprehensive training provided tailored to the specific candidate, open to those without hospice experience! Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:
00AM - 5:
00PM Support asked for PTO coverage for On-call Nurses at times, though no specific rotation required.
Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse, Hospice Case Manager:
Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $80,000.
00 - $90,000.
00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications
bonus/overtime pay for any on-call hours picked up Excellent health, dental and vision plans with extremely low out of pocket contribution for employee and their families Mileage reimbursement at 52 cents/mi 23 Days of PTO year one of employment
6 paid holidays Additional benefits such as 401K with company paid match, long term disability, life insurance, etc.
Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Hospice Case Manager:
Case Manager approximately 15 end of life patients living in homes and facilities in the Southern Monmouth County/Northern Ocean County NJ Area Provide patient and family education, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, medication administration, etc Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Hospice Case Manager:
