We have an immediate opening for individuals who share our beliefs! This is a part-time teacher position with flexibility for you to choose from mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday at different locations.
You are required to own your own car and have a valid driver's license.
We provide year-round employment.
All lesson plans and classroom materials are provided.
New employees receive in classroom and out of classroom training and all employees receive ongoing monthly training.
We enjoy supporting our teachers so they can reach their maximum potential.
You will enjoy traveling to different locations in a single day where you can teach students ages 18 months to - 12 years old take pleasure in building relationships with school staff, parents and students.
Our teachers love our program and we love supporting our teachers as they expand their skills, build their classes and further their reach at each location.
Our customers experience caring customer service and consistent communication.
It takes a team to make this happen, both inside and outside of the classroom.
We expect our teacher to communicate directly with students, parents, teachers, school staff, our office staff and other teachers.
A day in the life of our teachers Safely manage a class of up to 15 children (within legal ratio) while at a child care center, library or other location Accurately manage and maintain class rosters Implement our curriculum which focuses on the whole child while creating an exciting classroom experience Arrive on time at each location Deliver excellent customer experience to parents and school staff Maintain props As an ideal candidate, you would be:
Flexible and responsive Safety conscious Energetic Caring Interested in assisting the development and education of their students Organized Responsible & consistent A great communicator Able to remain calm when stressed and problem solve when things don't go according to plan To follow & implement a lesson plan while being able to go off script when needed Passionate about delivering an exciting experience Excited about forming positive, upbeat and professional relationships Have experience teaching young children in a group setting Have formal training in at least one of the disciplines we offer Have a valid driver's license and own their own car Pass Child Abuse History & Background Check Interested in long term employment If you are passionate about positively impacting the development of your students, we would love to talk with you.
