The primary purpose of the Program Manager is to assist the Director of Clinical Services in planning, organizing, and monitoring compliance with Federal, State, and County regulations in the opiate treatment program.
The Program Manager provides administrative oversight of the assigned clinical unit and directly monitors compliance with documentation requirements, policies, and procedures, as well as other non-clinical duties.
Expected Duties Include but not limited to:
The Program Manager shall be responsible for the administrative direction within the assigned unit including the following:
Ensure that the client's files are documented as required by federal, State regulations.
Coordinate and facilitate timely and effective admissions, discharges, and exit plans for all clients as needed.
Facilitate communication between the medical and treatment unit.
Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures that will assure programmatic compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Oversee coordination and integration of all client care services within the Agency to ensure continuity of care for each client.
Assign caseloads and schedule direct client services as necessary.
Monitors staff completion of progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, continuing care plans, and all specific document reports completely in accordance with established time frames.
Provide guidance to staff through regularly scheduled conferences.
Review clinical documentation reports and evaluates monthly statistical reports.
Participate in team conferences with the multidisciplinary team and Executive Team.
Assist in the monitoring of collected Quality Assurance data.
Monitor the time and attendance systems for the assigned unit.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A Master's degree in the human service field is required.
A master's degree in Addiction, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
One, (1) year of administrative and/or supervisory experience.
Three years of experience in a substance abuse treatment program or facility.
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
Excellent ability to work with clients with substance abuse, co-occurring, and/or mental health disorders.
Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate multiple-level staff.
Excellent writing skills and record-keeping skills.
Detail oriented.
NJ Licensing:
LCADC & CCS preferred, Other licenses- CADC, LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC.
Knowledge of substance abuse treatment regulations.
Preferred Education Master's degree in Addiction, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
