is a non-profit organization seeking an experienced Program Manager to monitor services to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and visual impairments in a group home environment.
The Group Home Manager will also be responsible for the program coordination of activities, staffing, scheduling, implementation of ISP goals and adhere to all agency policies and procedures and on-call responsibilities.

2-5 years of direct service support experience.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Must have Driver License valid in NJ with no more than 5 points.
HS diploma or GED required, College Degree preferable.
Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug testing.
