The Huss Agency is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist and Office Admin to work 3-4 days a week.
You'll only be working weekdays-NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS!! 25-30 hours a week, $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Assist Office Manager to ensure the office is well-maintained, Requirements:
Detailed and organized with excellent time management skills Ability to multitask Customer service, hospitality industry or telemarketing work experience is a plus Strong computer skills Proficient with Microsoft Suite Experience with Salesforce preferred Perks/
