Tempaper is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative responsible for order processing and customer service.
This position will work amongst our team to fulfill customer orders across multiple channels and platforms as well as communicate with B2C and B2B consumers.
The candidate must be highly organized, focused and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
The candidate should also have order entry system experience-Netsuite preferred.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, direct activities for order fulfillment and customer service including emails, phone calls, chats, and bizarre voice reviews.
It would be a plus if the candidate had knowledge of the home d cor industry and wallpaper specifically.
This position will report to the Operations Manager.
The position will involve, but not be limited to the following duties:
Accurately assisting in managing purchase orders from our retail partners and customers, including entering of orders, releasing orders to the warehouse, monitoring shipment status, and troubleshooting any issues.
Candidate must be able to control back orders and stay organized.
Allocate and transfer inventory between two warehouse locations.
Download orders from EDI or retail customer portals, facilitate necessary order confirmation, coordinate shipments per retailer's requirements, processes ASNs.
Communicate order confirmations, ship dates and tracking information to customers efficiently and with exceptional customer service.
Assist in investigating and resolving all shipping issues and disputes.
Emails, calls, Gorgias customer chats Review management through Bizarre voice The candidate should be detail-oriented, a problem-solver who can think quantitatively and solve customer inquiries and problems.
When problems arise, they must be able to act quickly and decisively in a calm manner.
To be successful, the candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work as a team member with a wide variety of people in the supply chain.
Skills Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and ability to multi-task Portal knowledge including but not limited to:
EDI platform, SPS Commerce, Radial, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link Proficient in the following shipping platforms:
DHL, UPS, Fed Ex, USPS Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Proficient in computer applications 3-5
years of order processing/customer service experience High-volume distribution management Order entry system, Netsuite preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel Job Type:
