The Food Service Associate will prepare and deliver mainly dinner meals but may include breakfast service due to strict deadlines. Must maintain highest level of patient satisfaction for food and nutrition in the Meridian Hospital system based on rank at OMC.
Responsibilities include tray assembly, being on your feet for long periods of time, handling very hot food , preparing coffee, cold food set up and prep, and going in and out of freezers. Duties also include tray delivery and patient assistance with meals. Cleaning and trash removal are also required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Banquet service experience preferred.
Serve safe certification is a plus.
