Nursing Home Administrator-In-Training/Concierge
A unique opportunity exists for ONE motivated, energetic, customer service and senior focused individual who would like an opportunity to advance into a career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.You will train under the experienced Administrator and Management Team in our deficiency-free community (only achieved by about 10% of NJ nursing homes) and be involved in all aspects of nursing home operations as well as providing Concierge services to our residents to enhance their quality of life. Internship will take approximately one year but be advised this is an UNPAID position. Upon successful completion of your Internship and passing the State Licensure Exam you will either be considered for any openings within our Company or provided with job seeking assistance outside of the Company where salaries are in the 6 figure range. A BS/BA degree is mandatory and experience working with the senior population is preferred but not necessary.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
