Responsibilities:
Be an expert on our client's telecommunications services, products, policies and promotions
Build customer relationships by working with customers to uncover their needs and recommend solutions
Represent our client in the best possible manner by being friendly, helpful and professional
Engage customers and educate them on the client's products and promotions
Assist customers with completing applications correctly
